Here is a summary from 5/9 to present. Calls to the same number through 6/20 were $2.50 whether 1 minute or 20. Rate change on 6/20 the same calls became .13 per minute so a 10 minute call became 1.30 instead of 2.50. Sometimes between July and Aug calls to the same number became .14 per minute. I have tried to update my card with new expiration date & security code. I keep getting a msg. saying it can't be processed. I called my bank and Securus is using the outdated info. I have called & gone on-line numerous times and I get the same run-around. Call your bank. I can't make these morons understand it's their system and not my bank. So i have read all the reviews on this company and to me it seems like a terrible site to go through, my husbands brother is wanting us to sign up with this company so he can talk to us but after all i have read why would i want to sign up for a company who is doing nothing more then embesling money from people? This company is a *** rip off. There have been several discrepancies on my account due to securus which has led my account to be in a negative and blocked status. Although they admit it's their fault my account still has to go through the accounting department TK be further investigated before I can get a refund, get my account back in good standing and unblocked and most of all talk to my husband. Worst company ever they make mistake saying my card was not working when it had funds and worked just fine they proceed to block me for 30 days for thier mistake and when I call say can't do anything and hang up on me as I am crying

As I stated in the above. It shouldn't be that hard to locate the refund form to print in order to get a credit for the many dropped calls I've been charged for. It's ridiculous how they get away with an already hard and terrible situation to then continue make it hard on the loved ones that's trying to support their family member.
