My son was released from jail which they knew because they had cancelled the visitations and 5 days after he was released they still took money out of my account. When I called them they would not refund my money back. The customer service this was horrible. The quality of the visits were horrible. They froze up often.

My dumb *** banker accidentally filed a fraud charge on securus when I never called and filed a claim and now securus *** *** will never accept a payment from me the only way I can put money on my phone is to money gram and pay extra 12$ on top of the money I put securus service sucks and their calls always hang up if they hear any *** noise I'm so fed up with this company
