I'm trying to change my number for the account for Jpay inmate calling.

I paid for the wrong thing
I was trying to pay for phone time to be added to my phone number but I was charged for another service

I just put $120 on my phone & it’s now saying I’m at a -$82
I’m not understanding why I’m at a negative & I haven’t used nothing but $30 ‼‼‼ I need answers

Very upset customer
My phone use to get calls from this number now number. It shows attempt calls on the website/app but my phone won’t ring what’s going on?

Everytime my son calls me from st. Charles he is a inmate i push 1 like it tells me to so i can talk to him the call gets dropped and i payed 25$ on the 21st of this month !! He has tryed to call me 4 times now in the past 3 days and im not very happy about this And i dont know what needs to be done but i have my records

No sound on video visitation
This company could care less. There is no sound on the video visitation so you are forced to spend 3.95 for 15 min phone calls.
Its been 6 days with no sound and i have very little faiith they care to fix it anytine soon. Just a waste of money.

Preferred solution: Give me 3.95 credit for everyday there is no sound because i have to do phone calls and credit the video visitation daysbas well. No sound going on a week. Terrible equipmenr

Not receiving calls.
Only had this service a few days. After the 2 day my love one can't get through.
Their mother told me that my line keeps staying caller busy. But, i can see their call attempts on the app. I have spoke to a person on live chat 2x already. I hope it is FINALLY FIXED.
Has anyone else has/had this issue?
Was it fixed and how long did it take to get fixed? Thank you.

Money needed to be refunded
Very upset because noone told me after 4 months i havent heard from my husband that my phone could not be used.thats sad i did everything i thought right waiting to speak with my husband.money wasted now 4weeks for refund and it only took 5mins to pull from my debit card.poor comunicstion how would you feel if it was your loved one.Done

I can't use my americano express card to by phone time and I put all that money on there to get phone time. START TSKING AMERICSN EXPRESS

I put my money on today with the card I have $63 on my card now I only have 17 somebody but to find something with my card it was Securus local something I want my money back on the card or I will be getting their Authority involved I'm pissed off

Money for phone calls
It happened today I put money on my account it’s not on there and the money came off my phone, customer service was rude no manners didn’t even take the time out to hear my technical issue only said “yeah I can’t do anything but here’s customer service” back to automated system

I am too. It says attempted calls but my phone isn't showing any.
I’m having the same issues but I can’t receive his calls at night they go through during the day fine . I’ve called Securus 4 times and they say there is no issues . I’m pissed I’ve missed so many calls !!!!
Yes I'm having the same issues, my husband was only able to call me one time, and before hand he said every time he was calling he was receiving a busy signal, after we finished the call, I waited all night to get a call from him, I then received a Jpay email from him around 10:30 pm saying he tried to call back 3 times that night, which I never seen a missed call on my caller ID, when I logged into my account with securus, it was then I saw a attempt call from my husband ....securus needs to fix this, sooooooo frustrating....
I am having the same problem! My boyfriend will email me & tell me he’s called 3 and 4 times.
& on my end, my phone hasn’t rung AT ALL!!!!!!!! i call Securus & it says the last time a call was attempted was “today” EVERY TIME!!!!!!! this is *** me off. my account is clear to receive calls, i haven’t blocked them, it’s money on my account, & my phone isn’t on DND or airplane mode, & my cell phone provider has not restricted any calls.
SO SECURUS, WTF IS WRONG!?!!!??? Y’ALL NEED TO FIX THIS SHIT!!!!!!!!!!!
