They charge way too much
They charge too much. $3 fee just to ad funds. A 3 min call is $2.79 a 1 minute call is $1.79
- Too high for families trying to talk to incarcerated loved ones

Third Part Call - Pissed off
I was on the phone with my boyfriend, just talking to him, the operator comes on and says no third party call and disconnect the call. This has happened to me 3 x and I am pissed, they have not refunded me my money..

Accidently blocked
I was trying to,answer the phone while driving and i accidently blocked my brother how do i unblock my number

Video visitation system is horrible; cannot get to a live Securus rep to resolve issues. Chat rep referred me to 877-578-**** claiming live rep assistance but could not tell me how to get to a live rep through this automated phone system.
Either they don't have live video visitation support reps or they make it impossible to access one; result is the same. THey take your money but offer NO SUPPORT!

The call doesn’t even show up. I contacted you before and there was a glitch it was fixed then it started all over again
