Horrible Services
This company is a complete scam. They get your money for services that do not work.
When I recieve phone calls it is always disconnected stating no 3rd parties allowed when I am the only one on the phone. Then I tried the video visitation 2 times and was told there is a green start button to start the session and everytime I log in there is nothing.
You have to jump through hoops to get your money back and hold 30 plus minutes to speak to someone. Do not use their services complete waste of time and money.

Getting ***
My son is incarcerated, i was denied my own account, for video visits, no reason. I used someone else's account for two months to visit him.
Then last week, his account was suspended for 15 days. Apparently i am suspended for 15 days, my name and number, bc i used some of else's account. This is a gd video visit! What does it matter if someone pays for video visits, and gives his username and password to the devil himself for a visit!
If you pay for it! And where is they're competition? We only have one choice? Securis?
*** that! And yes i did try and contact them about this, as well as several other people, and bc my number had been assigned to another account, then i am in violation, of their rules, and had been suspended myself, and the pertains about i was using suspended.

System won’t accept my debit /credit visa bank card
I need help making a payment. Your system won’t acceot a perfectly valid card.
I need a person to research the reason or if possible override. customer service keeps rerouting me to the same recording and unworkable options for 2 days.

Video visit error
Inmate couldn’t connect... so we could not visit I was wondering if I can reschedule or get my refund back for a 40min visit.

secures is listed on "charitable navigator" and claims to be a non-profit company....what a joke Our loved one could not get a cal thru to us for 4 days. Message was this is a free call, press #1 to accept.
THEn immediately call was terminated or canceled and/or the message from secures said NO 3rd party calls allowed. both invalid excuses .. and the caller had $$ in their account to use.
Securus is a a disgrace to persons who are already hurting when a loved one is in jail. >>>>the gov't should handle these complaints and fine this company or make them close shop

Blcoked calls blocked calls blocked calls
I have been trying to accept calls from my loved one. I have paid over $200.00 in the last 30 days in an attempt to receive calls.
Every time I add funds it blocks my calls. No matter what I do I cannot receive calls, then I was told I needed to go through Inmatcall solutions did that and yep! you got it calls were blocked so when will I get my $277.00 back? I have closed all of the accounts I opened it an attempt to at least receive 1 call.
When my Daughter was in jail I didnt have an account, THEN I was able to receive calls do do it, just let the calls come through, close all of your Securus accounts and you might be able to take one call from your loved one. My number is 720-292-****, you quickly charge my card and then block the calls again right after i fund it. I have made a complaint to Colorado Attorney General and CFPB in Colorado. This is the biggest scam in the world if they call straight through all you have to do is give your payment method but now they will probably block that too!
I dont know where to turn to receive calls and I dont know who to call to get all of my money back either of course they dont give that information right? They say my pin is wrong but Im looking at my account online when they tell me this so NOW THEY ARE ALL CLOSED lets see if I get a call in a couple of days.

They charge me for a call that my husband paid for and it also said to take this free call press 1 but when I checked my balance it said it took 6.61 out my account when they wasn’t post and yes I called but they took me through *** I need my money back on my phone

Greta business. Through a contract they control ALL calls an inmate can make so they can ignore any service calls - they have a monopoly and don't care or want to send money on service..
I am a lawyer that just needs to talk to a client.
They really are bad news. Fire them!

Idiots
Their tech service is a joke. They will literally make up a reason as to why it's not their fault and they have no urge to help.
No refunds. Customer service has severe attitude issues.

my debit info is being use in Beccabae1226@ gmail to fund unlimited visitation, I reported this last month and it was use again this month please unsubcribe and I will like to be refunded, did not give you the right to bill me Katrina Branton

Fraudulent company
I added money to an inmates phone. I never received a call from him but the money was gone.
It is impossible to reach a human to receive my money. This company needs to be investigated for sure!

Same problems I had... inmates could not get calls thru...secures said no 3rd party calls, or they just terminated the call before any connection.

the gov't should look into the problems expressed in these reviews. The company is not a legel charitaable organization as is stated on , CHARITABLE NAVIGATOR SITE.
