These people have a monopoly in this and it should be illeagle it would not let me log on so I tried a new password they sent tried six times still no log in now I can't talk to them to help me so they ripped me off wish enough people got together on this company they do whatever they want they know you want to visit with your lived one and if there is a problem tough luck I really think this is a monopoly and the facility's ate in on it....pissed..

Securus Technologies - Charged my credit card for 14.95$ and did not get added to my account
My debit card was charged for $14.95 and was not added to my account and I can't speak to know one about it
Securus Technologies - I can’t get any calls from inmate
I have text chatted with these people 9 times with no resolution. Set up account a month ago and my friend calls me every day and not one call has gone through. Said it was a router problem. Can’t fix this in a month? Terrible customer service. Forget getting ahold of a human.
