Multiple charges in my account

I payed and scheduled a securus video call and the day of the video the screen was black and I nor the inmate were able to get connected with each other so Im trying to get a refund so I can reschedule the visit and try again

So I had paid for a REMOTE VIDEO VISITATION for Columbia County Detention Center, when it was processed I could see him, hear him, but it was not the same for my loved one, he says to me and I quote " all I'm able to see is a WHITE screen, he is able to hear what I am saying but not see me, so we ended the Visitaion and now I am trying to get credited for the inconvenience.

I am still to this day has been waiting to receive my refund for Securus technology when I made my payments to the Hamilton County Justice Center for the phone calls I no longer needed that service I requested my money back over a year ago and I still have not received it I talked to other customers that signed up for the same thing they requested their money back and they've been waiting longer than I have they take your money off your card so quick why is it so hard to give it back to you

Securus technology is a rip-off they would not return your money but they don't have no problem taking it when they want to but when it's time to refund it back it seems to get lost I want my money

Unauthorized billing

I received a bill for six cents for a call that I did not accept and there was a $2.25 fee to process the bill and then when I called to speak to someone I couldnt get a live person so I accessed the automated system to pay it so that it would not affect my credit and it was trying to charge me n additional $3.00 to pay the bill by phone. So a $0.06 bill turned into $5.31. Totally unacceptable
