I need help getting connected to incarcerated individual for E- messaging, having a difficult time

Need to talk to a representative about e-messages for a family member incarcerated, unable to connect to send messages or purchase stamps for communication, can you have a representative call me to explain how I can use Securus technologies. I made a transaction in the amount of $45 by Visa card to Securus technologies and Im unsure to access the account for e-messaging to a family member, thank you.

Refund money

I closed a account down and was suppose to be get 31 dollars and some change refunded to my card and it said 5to 14 business days yet I still dont have the refund.

Can't log into app

No star... I have like over 12 calls that I need credited for due to system failure or correctional lockdown

And when you call you can't get a hold of nobody but one isn't bad but when you have over like 12 to 15 calls you've paid for I think it's kind of irritating and it's time for them to issue my credits or my money back

Refund immediately

Money was taken out of my account. I did not authorized anyone to do that. I course I can not get ahold of a really person to resolve this issue. I would appreciate if someone could get back to me. 603-275-**** thank you

Unable to talk to a live agent

I was disconnected from the automated system six times in a row. Charge for a call that never went thru! Terrible phone company!

User's recommendation: Do not use these guys, they don’t have your loved one in mind at all.

Horrible at getting messages delivered!

The messages take days sometimes to get to your loved one. If you send reply stamps to your loved one majority of the time they will not receive it. Securus Tech is a huge rip off!

This is the system for inmates to use. FIX IT!!!! OWN IT!!! Get CS that can help and Tech Support Phone Number that can help. And a apology for being a poorly run company and quit taking our money without providing the service we are mandated to use

Not receiving emails

I spent approximately 3 hours on the phone with Securus trying to figure out why I'm not receiving emails. On and on we went and finally it was discovered that my emails were sent to a different email address that I have Friday. Now I hear those emails can't be recovered for some reason. It's a complete joke. I paid for this service I received nothing. It's outrageous. And it needs to be solved.

I received a call from inmate the system ask to press 1 I did but but the system continued ask me for options till the call dropped ,and I couldn't talk , Can I speak to someone live person, it's a phone?
