I tried repeatedly to add money to my new account iate this afternoon and again this evening by calling the toll free number The recording told me "We are unable to process at this time-goodbye." I have never had such an issue with a company before. I finally was able to talk to someone at 10 pm, but was charge extra.
I hope this is not a frequent occurrence to make more money and take advantage of people who are stressed out enough due to a family member being in prison. I spent a total of 4 hours trying to get this issue taken care of. I feel I should be credited for the extra fee I was charged of $2.95. I was finally able to speak to a lovely young woman, who was able to take my information.
I wish I remembered her name. She should be commended for her excellent job performance.
