They blocked my 81 year old mothers phone so she is unable to talk to her grandson. They sent her a bill she paid it .

Month later phone still blocked . They sent her another bill she paid it , phone still blocked . She called to find out why and she could not remember her 4 digit pass code so they couldn’t help her . They said if she could tell them the date of the last call and how many minutes it was that would pass security.

She did not have her last bill but had the one before but the calls on it would not work had to be the last call . So I ask how can she get a new 4 digit pass code . They said she could send in a copy of that bill with a request and they would send one to her . Now call me stupid , but if that bill would work for a request why wouldn’t it work over the phone .

The have taken her money and the checks have been cashed . I really wished the Attorney Generals Office would look into this company . Oh also they told us that if she could remember the month and year she started with their services that would pass as security too .

Now her Social Security number wouldn’t work but that would . They never could open her account because of security and see why it continues to be blocked .
