I had to set up an account in order to talk to my husband, well I wasn't giving enough time to add funds to my account before I was blocked. I tried calling customer service and believe it or not, I was on hold for 3 hours.

I was told they CAN'T unblock my account because I was using my brother's debit card (to which i had permission) and was told it looks fraudulent so they blocked me. I think the calls should cost less, because even though I have a 270 number it's still costing me almost $4.00 for a 15 min phone call.

Completely unfair. They need to make all calls same price regardless

Same thing happened to me but my bank account is in my own name even! They said I can't use it everyday...

WTF!!!

You're lucky on price! my calls cost 8.75 for 15 mins!

Same thing happened to me,unfair. I am completely clueless to how im -$43.55 ....

Said a card was used and was flagged as fraud. Whwt the heck?!

None of my cards ended in the last 4 digits they gave me.. And only I have the acc info...securus sucks.
