I had to set up an account in order to talk to my husband, well I wasn't giving enough time to add funds to my account before I was blocked. I tried calling customer service and believe it or not, I was on hold for 3 hours.

I was told they CAN'T unblock my account because I was using my brother's debit card (to which i had permission) and was told it looks fraudulent so they blocked me. I think the calls should cost less, because even though I have a 270 number it's still costing me almost $4.00 for a 15 min phone call.

Completely unfair. They need to make all calls same price regardless
