First of all they say that the phone calls are supposed to be $3.50 plus $.16 for every minute after that right but thats not true For a 15 minute call Costa most $10 how is that possible when $.16 a minute should have me getting six minutes for a dollar and then Ive been ran around with getting hung up on and no issues resolved in the past two weeks straight Ive not been able to contact a live customer care agent But any other time in the past it was never an issue, so Im angry because first of all theyre ripping me off, stole my money and now they wont give me an option to speak to someone so I can take care of the three accounts that I have that I dont need why would I need three accounts because theyre not doing their job when I asked him did everything I was supposed to buy my first account having an issue with the last name I asked them to change it and put my legal last name and they still have not done that so of course I had to create other accounts and its just driving me crazy I need my money back too

I want to talk to a human being. Ive been trying too find a phone number to call , so I can actually talk with someone about my problem but all I get is the recording.

I would have no choice if my son was in a facility where Securus paid the largest kickback and thus was the service "provider".
I have had several problems with these clowns. Now their website won't even let me give them money.
I wrote them an email. No reply. I've called. Never an answer.
Why does this company even exist? It exists solely to take advantage of already poor people at the worst time in their lives when they are the most vulnerable.
Vultures is a good description of companies like this one. There is a special place in *** for them.

I please need to get through to secure it's online I've had problems fixing my account they said that we're going to fix my account please let me get through to a customer service representative on securus online so that I can get through to my loved one please thank you Crystal Fernandez 623-341-**** code 1980 be very nice and patient on the phone while you're talking to securus to get your account fixed

I can't add my number to an account bc it takes 24 hours to close an old account!!!!!!!
Yall were no help at all!! I spend easy 50-60 a day with you all and yall cant fix o e easy request therefore Ill no longer need this service!

Not receiving my full refund
I had 3 video visitations that would not even connect we were unable to use them finally I was able to get a refund on two of those the third one was still under investigation When I close my account but then I had to reopen my account which has been a pain. The phone is not much better half the time you cannot hear what they're saying Static there's noise in the background And not from the facility we pay a lot for these phone calls and video visits and it's absurd that we don't get to use them out of several video visitations we've had would put me back in the waiting room and then connect us again so 10 minute video session you might be lucky to get 5 minutes worth of visitation I don't know what most people but it's very hard to pay for all of this our video sessions meant a lot to us seeing how we didn't get those every week or every day

Poor company
Securus is a joke. They double charged me for a purchase I made, I disputed the charge with my bank.
I got my money back and now Securus has limited my access to the app/site. I called and they told me I could pay it back and add money to my account to use the site again. I didnt want to because they double charged me, I wasnt in the wrong for that. I hesitantly paid it so I could speak with my loved one on his birthday.
I paid a total of $60 and at the end they tell me, I still have limited capabilities and still will no longer be able to use the messaging services. Im so done with Securus, its nothing but a total scam.

There is no where, as of March 2024, to enter that info. Even if you try to change CC to work around it.
The programming glitch is extremely incompetent.

AND I keep getting Securus charges that I never used. It's so bad a rep. Came to the prison & handed Everyone a complaint form for charges. They admitted this was a common occurrence!!
Moving from JPay to Securus was bad enough but now they've outsourced sending $$ to a company with so many bad reviews I'm scared to access it.
Buggy, crashes etc.
The Prison Industrial Complex cannot decide how to parcel out their businesses.
Outrageous! Surely we are paying through the nose you'd think they'd fix this.

My husband is in the Cole state jail and hasnt been able to get a call through since January 22, 2024. I have called Verizon several times and they cant find anything wrong.
My father in law called Verizon yesterday and they had blocked him from getting calls from Jerry also. I am wondering if yall have Jerry blocked from calling either one of the phone numbers on the account. Would you please check and let me know what you have found out. I also dont know if it is his tablet causing all the problems.
Thank you in advance and really hope that you can get this problem resolved quickly. My husbands name is Jerry A Wheat tdcj# is 0245****.
