I'm attempting to get into my email account with a securus so I can contact my stepson, but I have not figured out how to do this. Each time I'm given a temporary ID, I attempt to continue, and it says it's incorrect.

Resolved: Because i want to talk to a human being
- Messages from a loved one at Green River Correctional Complex in Kentucky trigger an error code.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. The app wasn’t working and they stated they knew what was going on and refunded me for video visit and app was working properly within 24 hrs.
Just call and talk to a human! Going thru prompts in app is a process, but once you get to a human things are always resolved.
My loved one who is incarcerated at Green River correctional complex in Kentucky is trying to send me messages, but it continues to give him an error code. He has stamps, but 30 of the stamps that he had this morning that I transferred to him are not

Billing system and phone system
Im trying to add money to the phone account and emessages but the billing system is not working or allowing payment to go thru and I just used it 2 days ago to add money. Now its saying its not working and no update if its being fixed or worked on or whatever so how do we get it fixed and add money so i can contact my wife;

- There is no live customer service person; only an AI.
- There is no live agent.
- If your problem isn’t in its scope, it may hang up.
There is no real customer service technician, only a smart aleck AI. There is no way to get to a live person.
If your problem does not fit within their parameters, then it hangs up on you, or if you take too long according to the AI, it will ask you if you are still there. It's a *** system and does not solve every customer service issue.
Preferred solution: Help solving the problem I have without some smart aleck AI deciding it can’t help and hanging up on me

my son has been calling me all along but now gets a busy signal-given that you can't talk to a human being anymore how does this get fixed
