Not only did the first person I talked to last week was not correct for the person I talked to today your phone service sucks at every prison my son has been to they have all sucked not being able to hear or very static when talking or dropping a couple calls and the only reason I get from Securus is it must be the prisons issue but its not your phone service is horrible there always blaming someone else your customer service is a joke. If I could get another way to talk to my son I would so your service is the only one there is at the moment and its a rip off and the mailing system is completely stupid and I cant even communicate through a letter because he does not have a tablet and you or the prison wont issue him one the tablet that he did have didnt work have the time and I think your mailing system having to pay for the letter I already sent is *** this is just another way for prisoners families to make you people money

I am having an issue with emessaging on securus and have written to plenty of sevurus site but now it is very troublesome because I have been a long term jpay user and had to get used to securus and now when I had an issue of not being able to log in and called to see why my troubles started of not being able to use the emessaging so I had been told on 08/18/24 it would take 15 days and then they say 30 days. it gets very frustrating plus also since I can't write directly to the facilities where I have friends and family incarcerated I don't even know if they are receiving my mail unless I call the facilities where they are incarcerated and I have done that a couple of times but that shouldn't be what we do because every day there has been error issues or system issues and there's no way one company should have the monopoly on how we communicate with our loved ones who are incarcerated when they can't handle all the issues due to all the states they have their system in and now with so many countries they added to their system so many people will be experiencing more issues so when will we be allowed to write and mail our on letters to the main facilities where our loved ones are incarcerated?

I am so tired of my friends and family thinking I don't want to communicate with them. something has to change.

I will keep writing to others to find out what is going to get done or how they will fix this problem.

I pay for postage stamp prior to writing a message right so when I'm writing texting typing however you want to call it it's a letter going out like mail cuz I pay for a stamp right so if I'm 1000 words in my letter and ur app throws me out cuts me off or say experiencing difficulties and doesn't save my letter to drafts or just the first 10 words wouldn't that be obstruction of correspondence if they don't receive my letters isn't that obstruction of correspondence if u take out stuff I wrote in my letter is that obstruction of correspondence Yes it is because you or ur app deletes my stuff before I'm finished writing that's against the law you can't do that u can't even ready my letter until I press send so why does the app or website always kick me out I don't have all day to be repeating my self cuz ur app sucks it took me 2 hours to write a 4 paragraph letter cuz the experiencing difficulties flashed like 7 times and never did it save what I was writing to drafts that's very frustrating I can imagine how the inmates feel they probably want to beat someone to death cuz your app sucks
