Don’t have good services

I was charged incorrectly for calls I dont get or I made or anything like that and I dont know how to get in and close my account or take the card off

User's recommendation: Deal with it because that’s what you gotta do if your people in jail unfortunately it’s kind of not Monopoly it’s ridiculous it should be illegal.

System was down on Mother’s Day and couldn’t see him.

The institution said your system was down through security and therefore he could not make his video call today on Mothers Day

Clearly gouging off of the most vulnerable.

This company preys on a population that is not tied to an income stream that will support the costs of Securus' services. It is clear that profit is its sole intention, no matter who they have to skin to get it.

Visit not working, poor customer service

Visit wouldnt connect, calls keep dropping, Securus just sucks and they have the worst customer service I ever seen! I dont have anything else to say

Look some of the ratings I checked aren't offered where my wife is but at least there is something out there now and at a reasonable cost then decades back. So I don't believe in knocking down a busi.

I've had four scheduled sessions in video that couldn't connect or be heard or seen on both sides. And I'm trying to figure out still in how to be refunded for them. Please help. Sincerely, Kim
