Securus Technologies - Customer Service Reps are unintelligent and rude!
If I had to describe ghetto, I would say the reps that answer the help number for Securus. They are uncaring, and have very little ability to communicate.
I had to get firm and rude to get them to listen to my need. The site to enroll is not friendly, and difficult to maneuver. I have technical skill and it took two days of calling for assistance.
The reps on the other hand were very professional and helpful.
Securus, save yourself more of the goldmine you earn from these expensive services by eliminating the horrible phone reps working for your company.
