My son Abraham Ntiamoah spoke with jpay and they said he should hardboot his tablet 7 weeks ago. When he did it wiped him out of tablet and he hasnt had service since.

The Securus representative for his area at Browning does not know anything about fixing this and Godlevski, the CO3 knows even less and continues to be rude and disrespectful. He was told he had to sign IHP which in AZ prisons is pretty much a death threat to find out that prisoners who didnt sign still have gotten tablets so it was a lie that he had to sign to get a tablet and now its been 7 weeks that he hasnt even had one because the people sent to location to fix them and keep them up and running doesnt know how to.

I have sent a lot of money for music, games, stamps etc for now it seems for nothing and jpay says they need original escalated ticket number which Ive asked CO3 Godlevski for with no response. They dont have access to a kiosk anyway.

User's recommendation: Employees that know their job and s CO3 that wasn’t gotten from the bully farm.
