Securus Technologies - I’m sick of getting the run around with bots and they lie about charges

New ReviewerFirst of all they say that the phone calls are supposed to be $3.50 plus $.16 for every minute after that right but thats not true For a 15 minute call Costa most $10 how is that possible when $.16 a minute should have me getting six minutes for a dollar and then Ive been ran around with getting hung up on and no issues resolved in the past two weeks straight Ive not been able to contact a live customer care agent But any other time in the past it was never an issue, so Im angry because first of all theyre ripping me off, stole my money and now they wont give me an option to speak to someone so I can take care of the three accounts that I have that I dont need why would I need three accounts because theyre not doing their job when I asked him did everything I was supposed to buy my first account having an issue with the last name I asked them to change it and put my legal last name and they still have not done that so of course I had to create other accounts and its just driving me crazy I need my money back too
