I had 3 video visitations that would not even connect we were unable to use them finally I was able to get a refund on two of those the third one was still under investigation When I close my account but then I had to reopen my account which has been a pain. The phone is not much better half the time you cannot hear what they're saying Static there's noise in the background And not from the facility we pay a lot for these phone calls and video visits and it's absurd that we don't get to use them out of several video visitations we've had would put me back in the waiting room and then connect us again so 10 minute video session you might be lucky to get 5 minutes worth of visitation I don't know what most people but it's very hard to pay for all of this our video sessions meant a lot to us seeing how we didn't get those every week or every day

User's recommendation: Pay as you go. And if you buy a 10 minute video session be prepared to only experience 5 minutes worth.
