So, in Securus Technologies' Orwellian world, instead of reaching out to me personally to see how we both can reach an agreement to my problem, I get another generic, no people involved email - a customer service questionnaire. I filled it in and hit send.
That was about a month ago.
Never heard back. Thus, my issue still festers unresoloved, and no accountability on ST's part.

I put $40.00 on an inmate calling account. Calls from the jail to me are denied, robomessage says 'no money in the account.' My online chat with a so called Securus Rep said 'it's a jail issue.
We have nothing to do with that." Me: 'I set this up with you as the Payee..aren't you the responsible party?' Securus: 'It's an issue with the jail.' And this so-called Rep just kept on repeating and typing the same thing over and over again. Until it hung up on me.
