I am on disability and prepaid t-netix forty dollars for calls. did not have service for 5 days.
They finally called and asked if service was on. I said yes but said something was wrong with my rates. I was paying long distance but my rates are local. After 4 hours on hold,e-mails.
calling securus, calling cbs, I still have not spoken to anyone and cannot receive calls.
I have contacted the FCC and hope they can help me. This company is a joke talking about family and friends and after this is settled, I will never usr their services again.
