My name is Sharon Gray I have a son that was transfer to the Dolph Briscoe Unit. Every time my son call we are only able to talk about 5 minutes than the call cut off.

I know there is somethin wrong with your system because when I first start using secures to receive calls from my son all way state call will be disconnect because of three way and I never use 3 way on my phone calls. Once I state I will disconnect this service and report this to our commission court than the problem was resolve. Now that the contract with secures technologies is up for renewal. Now when my son call we only get 5 minutes or less to talk.

I know there is nothing wrong with my phone line because your sever is the only problem I have my phone number is 469-677-**** and my son SID number is 0676****.

Please resolve this issue. ThanksBla-blaSad
