I need my number unblocked so that people from the Tuula County Jail can call me. They say my number is restricted when they try to call, so I don't know what to do as far as that goes. Can you please unblock my number?

No Live agent can't resolve problem very unhappy with this company there is no option to talk to anyone. Automatic system keeps hanging up

My number has been registered and approved and my family members still can not call me. I have tried to reach a live person at secures to resolve the issue but I have yet to get someone to help with this ongoing problem. My number says that it is restricted and I don't know why.

Keep an eye on your calls and funds you pay for I was charged for a call I did not receive , and I am wondering how often this might happen . I sent abtext on line about the issue . But I have never he it resolved!

I cannot buy a video session with my son at Kilby Correctional in Alabama. It is my right to be able to do this.

Took two deposits and claimed to refund both of them, despite never doing so. Asked for details (dates, proof, etc.).

They ignore most emails, they're dishonest and you will be scammed by them if you use them. I'm referring to securus.com, the company that facilitates communication with prisoners.

My overall experience is I can't talk to my loved one, I spent 10 15 hours on Nov 1st on the phone and web and still nothing
