I accidentally blocked the jail from calling my phone, and I'm trying to unblock the number so I can receive phone calls.

Cant schedule a video visit
- - Cannot schedule a visit; only an automated system is available.
- - I want to talk to a live person to resolve issues with the app.
I need to talk to a live person. Because I cannot schedule a *** visit.
and all you have is a *** automated system and I cannot talk to anybody and this is ridiculous.
It should not be this hard to talk to an incarcerated. Loved one because your app sucks now Im gonna have to talk to him and hope that a securest technology person comes into the jail facility so that I can get this resolved.
Preferred solution: I want some free video visits because your system has had technical difficulties for three weeks now and I cannot schedule a visit
It is a very unpleasant this. You have $50 of my money and I still cannot talk to my love ones and that was from yesterday I cannot speak with nobody

Apparently there is no other option to communicate with incarcerated individuals in Texas other than Seccuris .
I had to change my phone number and email address. Now when I try to purchase stamps for letters, the system keeps rejecting my payment.
In addition to that, the system says he is eligible for video visits; however, there is no place to pay for video visits. My phone call log showed he spoke to me; however, I never received the calls.
Plus, I am not even sure that seccuris is a legitimate company anymore. I don't trust them anymore.
Preferred solution: I want to have my account fixed and I want to have my loved one to have the ability to communicate with me again. As his calls are very important to me. No matter what the public thinks of him.

Cause this site is garbage
This is the most Mickey Mouse platform Ive ever dealt with. Ive been trying to login for two days.
It runs you in circles.
Theres no one to talk to live. Its *** infuriating.

WIT A DIRECT ANSWER ITS SO *** WRONG U GIVE out so many numbers wit just more stupid fake ads people that say the same sentence over n over now c its been weeks I cant even talk to my son cause of ur *** UP SYSTEM!!!

I would give less than 1 star if I could!!! You are no help.
I used your phone service to set up my phone number and add funds now Im not able to even log in to any account online or even make an account because it says I already have one!
Ive emailed and called and no one is helping me. Seriously do something!

User's recommendation: Unfortunate that you have to use this service to talk to loved ones. They are useless and have so many bugs that you’re not able to fix. They don’t get ahold of you when you send a request email for help. Don’t ever sign up over the phone, download the app and make your account that way or you will have so many problems and be limited to only phone calls. You won’t be able to do video calls or e messaging because they will not do anything to help you. Might as well change your whole phone number which I am NOT doing.

Trouble I took $49.98 of my money and I still cannot talk to my love once and it has been two days
I think it is a crying shame that you can take my money out of my account and I cannot talk to a human at your office to get this handled so I can talk to my loved one.

User's recommendation: Don’t use them. I have been on the phone for six hours and only took them five minutes to take money out of my account and I still cannot use the phone with my loved one.
Having difficulty with my calling account because I had my phone number changed
I was trying to add calling funds to my Securus account, but because I changed my phone number, it still has it as the last person who used to have this number and keeps telling me that my information is wrong. So I'm trying to talk to someone who can help me fix it.

I've been locked out of my account three times. The first time was 3 days, the second time was 3 days, and the third time has been 2 days so far.
The company refuses to help me; they make me wait days on end to have online access again.
They refuse to give me any more credits. They've only given me a $10 credit, and I have 41 people that are incarcerated that I talk to, so $5 twice is not nothing.
Change email on my account
Still have not talked to customer service. I keep getting disconnected. I need to register a new email or open a new account for messaging asap!
