Horrible at everything
I have tried their emessaging service and they're ridiculously priced. About 80 to 85 percent of the time you or your loved one never get your messages though they are marked as sent and we are still charged for them at a rate of 44 cents a message.
Some jails or prisons are 50 cents or more a message. If you send a picture or and e card they require you to add a message of some sort and attach the picture or card to it thus charging you double. On weekends no messages go through at all then on Monday and tuesday you get 3 and four days worth piling in at you.
The amount of stamps on you account will mysteriously go down without having sent a message or shared stamps with anyone. They have you though because there are no other options so we send our money and continue to get ripped off.

Preferred solution: Someone else to take there contract or give the consumer other choices.

Boyyyy boyyyy I can't stand these low dow dirty rude stealing stanky lying ppl. If yall know like me yall better watch yall accounts cause they go back on yall pending transactions and add more money then yall spent . Then got the nerves to be smart about the shhh like yu suppose to be dumb , if I was close or knew who they was, I bet that ho wouldn't fix her mouth to even say ma'am or sir again.

Stolen Money
They dont deliver emails to the facility, then claim the facility denied them. When the facility denies an email, the incarcerated citizen is notified. They have stolen quite a bit of money this way, from myself and others.
Whats worse - they do not have a working customer service number with HUMANS you can speak to for a resolution,

Photos not sent
I sent 10 pictures that did not reach my woman! No they were not rejected by the institution.
They did not get to her. I sent them on Wednesday the 3rd of April 2024.

A love person is not available to help me with my problems! Not surprised this tends to happen alot.
It would be ok if the automated chat could help. In this case it doesn't.

Not being able to take the securus debit money and putting it on a video visitation so my 13-year-old and 17 year old can have their video visitation tonight because of this situation they won't be able to speak or see visitation with their father for another 2 weeks I think this is ***
Preferred solution: Nine in incarcerated inmate at Lexington county South Carolina detention center daughters to have their video visitation tonight at 8:00 p.m.

I was blocked on this account when I accidentally push 6 I wanna unblock this number 815651**** to be unblock and receive these call from this number please and thank you I appreciate you I was blocked in accident I would like to continue receiving calls from this facility please and thank you I have a husband I'm prison that calls me everyday please unblock this for us to continue while he's locked up

Release money
Trying to get my balance in a check . There are no Western unions in or around my location. Can this be done?

There is no Western unions anywhere in my location and am simply asking to be mailed a check of my balance.
Blocked number
I accidentally blocked calls from nncc and no one will help me fix it called every number I could find and they just said call another number. I'm so frustrated

Didn't process my credit cards
Still unable to process credit cards, someone needs to call me, 509-879-****, it's absolutely ridiculous that it impossible to read a live person.
Wasn't able to have my video visit
My little brother is in prison in Alabama. I paid for and scheduled a video visit with him.
But because his visit was scheduled on a non working kiosk in his facility, we were not able to have our visit. I have tried calling securus to no avail.
I can not speak to a machine and I never reached a live agent. I lost my money AND the visit.
