Securus Technologies - Poor communications

I want to speak to a person. All i get is your voice machine and hung up on. The person trying to reach you is a complete blind person who needs help changing her address and needs her bill sent to here new address so she cam pay it. She does not have a 4 digit passcode. Never has. Your system is faulty. Give us a call.
