I called today on behalf of my wife and the constant technical issues she is having with video visitation. One time there was no sound 3 times our visitor was never informed he had a visit.
I call customer service this morning and they can't find the account she was just using to visit her brother.
When I ask to speak to the representatives supervisor she becomes even more rude and then proceeds to hang up on me. I am truly dissapointed in this company and their severe lack of customer service.
