As I stated in the above. It shouldn't be that hard to locate the refund form to print in order to get a credit for the many dropped calls I've been charged for.

It's ridiculous how they get away with an already hard and terrible situation to then continue make it hard on the loved ones that's trying to support their family member. The customer staff members aren't any help. They don't help with the problems that I have called in about.

Mutiple calls and being put on hold, and strill to get no help once you finally do speak to a live agent. It really sucks!

This person wrote the review because of bad quality of a product or service from Securus Technologies. Reviewer claimed that he or she lost $20 and wants Securus Technologies to issue a full refund.

The most disappointing in user's experience was difficulty to find the form and extremely bad customer service. Author liked the most integrity. The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
