Securus Technologies - Unable to use the account you set up for inmate calls due.
My name is Keith Wayne Thompson and I am extreamly upset with the way my account has been set up and I have not been able to talk to my son yet with this account and so far I have had to use my debit card to receive any calls costing me over $12.00 for 3 or 4 minutes. My money I set up.
the account for got put on another account for a different Chris Thompson not Chris Allen Thompson D.O.B. 09/30/1983. I want to be reimbursed for every $12.00 call I have had to pay for since I set up this account or have it added back to my already existing account . I expect this issue to be resolved or there could be a class action law suit forthcoming.
Contact me @ 1-85*-497-**** no later than 09/08/17, to avoid leagal action.
