They resolved it ok. They put the credit back for another useless video, and will not transfer it to just a regular phone call and I would have to wait 7 to 10 days for it to go back on my debit card, meaning I would have to wait that much longer to turn around and put it on the phone, and even crediting it to my account for ANOTHER USELESS VIDEO, I won’t be able to schedule a visit for another 2 days when it comes available and have a slot to visit

And I have been on HOLD waiting for customer service for OVER an hour and still on HOLD

The last 2 times total I have only got to talk to my loved one for about 2 minutes total and that's on the 2 calls video. Its bad enough that the jail is so full and the lobby is closed down because of the virus to be limited to a video that you either can't hear or can't see. I don't have money to let go of, I deserve what I pay for.
