My credit card is routinely declined by Securus, and the bank says there is nothing wrong on their end. It's almost impossible to talk to a real person, and when you finally get someone they are incredibly rude.
They always say it's the bank's fault, not theirs.
I am so fed up with them, and I wish there was another company I could use to fund a calling account. They are not the least bit willing to help. The company is deplorable and the people I've spoken with need customer service classes.
Although to give them the beneift of doubt, I suppose I wouldn't be too happy dealing with irate customers for my entire shift.
This company needs to wake up and do a better job. I am not giving any stars because they don't deserve any.
