Kiosk was broke at jail. Jail said to fill out refund through securus so I did well it was 1/1/20 I put 1/1/19 so it was denied of course because someone didn't think hey prob an error let's look at 1/1/20.
I fixed resent they tell me no record of a schedule on that date well I have email and screen shot from my securus acct showing otherwise. Also emessage Everytime I sent a pic it sent double one and charged me double the stamps too I called guy on phone was rude then goes I'm not seeing double meanwhile I go to my sent folder and screen shot it. He even tried telling me that one message that was rejected due to not being able to upload for staff review/staff disruption never occured but again screen shotted that proof. Makes me wonder what shady stuff happening with my phone calls, I'll be sitting down to do that math this weekend....
Your best best don't emessage and video unless absolutely necessary, because they need removed, and action needs to be taken no better then the oversea scam calls claiming to be a diff company. I know I'll be looking into some things.
Sure others are waiting for ppl to class action their stuff. Funny there's a promo code option for video too but no promos not even when everyother day your putting money on
